Sy-cs-500 ultrasonic has many advantages in measuring the velocity of gas and fluid. Principle introduction:
The time difference method ultrasonic flowmeter is to use the time difference when the sound wave propagates the same distance along and against the flow in the fluid, and the difference of propagation time is related to the flow velocity of the measured fluid, so the difference of measurement time can be used to get the flow velocity of the fluid
Product composition:
1. Measure pipe section or field flue;
2. Transducer mounting base (with integrated purging device);
3. Ultrasonic transducer components and signal cables;
4. Flow meter converter;
5. Matching temperature and pressure transmitter (or optional sensor);
6. Supporting upper computer software.
Characteristic:
1. It is suitable for the measurement transformation of large-diameter flue gas, flare gas and industrial pipeline gas on site, with simple operation, convenient installation and maintenance; the minimum flow rate can be measured 0.3m/s, and the accuracy can reach 0.1m/s.
2. Single channel, double channel or multi-channel can be configured according to the user's requirements; with explosion-proof structure options, explosion-proof grade Exd Ⅱ BT6 and Exd Ⅱ CT6;
3. The measurement accuracy is high, up to 1.5 ~ 2.0;
