System introduction 

In recent years, the pace of development of ports in China, especially in Shanghai, has been accelerating, and the port scale, number of berths, cargo throughput, etc. have been increasing. The rapid improvement of waterway cargo transportation volume and port throughput promotes the economic development, and also brings the huge emission pollution of ship fuel oil. How to play a good blue sky defense war is what every environmental protection enterprise needs to consider. As the first to join in the cause of environmental protection, Kuayue took the lead in launching the online monitoring system of ship gas in 2017, and helped a Shanghai ship enterprise to obtain the certification of classification society!

 

Measurement principle: 

Sy-2000w adopts high-precision infrared NDIR principle to measure SO2, CO2, NOx, Co, O2 and other gases. The pretreatment adopts the 3D shock absorption technology developed by our company, with unique appearance design, to avoid the impact of shaking and salt fog on the system during the route driving, so as to ensure the measurement accuracy.

System features:

◆ for the dust and humidity in the process, a three-stage filtration system is designed, equipped with high-temperature drying method and pulse type vibration back blowing technology, which can automatically clean the impurities on the probe element; the unique quick disassembly design makes the maintenance convenient and the maintenance workload is very small. ◆ the system is equipped with many sensors such as humidity sensor, velocity sensor and pressure sensor to monitor the operation in real time, so as to ensure the stability of the equipment and the work of colleges and universities. 

◆ the whole dry process of the system, the samplers, sampling pipes, air extraction pumps, all kinds of pipe joints are made of 316L anticorrosive stainless steel, polytetrafluoroethylene or special anticorrosive treatment, which improves the anticorrosion of the system and ensures the service life of the system. 

◆ water gas will be produced in the process, which has a great impact on the detection of the analyzer. Large capacity pressure reducing filter and cold trap water catching technology are used to remove the water in the sample gas to ensure the smooth detection process of the analyzer; the unique spiral design ensures the authenticity and accuracy of the measurement data. 

◆ the drainage system is a progressive peristaltic pump, which can drain water at any time to increase the effective time of sampling, greatly enhance the stability, and avoid the interference of the previous compressed air. 

◆ all sampling pipes are made of corrosion-resistant polytetrafluoroethylene pipes, with precise temperature control, so that a large number of corrosive gases such as SO2 generated in the process can be accurately detected, and the entire analysis system can be protected from damage, extending the service life of the analysis system; 

◆ infrared analyzer with high accuracy and good stability.
